Pamela Williams is an incredible force at PIKE Evolution, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for everyone who enters. Her friendly demeanor effortlessly puts people at ease, making them feel comfortable and supported.

When she's not at the studio, Pamela loves immersing herself in nature, especially the mountains. It serves as her sanctuary, offering solace and inspiration. I’m Tiffany Law and I was born and raised in Dallas, Texas! I recently moved to Oklahoma with my amazing husband and our three beautiful children. Before relocating, I taught Lagree for 3 years in Southlake, TX. Prior to that I taught Reformer Pilates. I love Lagree because there’s ALWAYS room for growth and creativity. It’s hard to get bored with it!

I’m from Morris, OK, known as “ The Little City with a Big Welcome.”  

Fitness is something that I truly value. I feel grateful to be able to exercise and not take it for granted.  Plus, the endorphins,  endorphins make you happy!  😃.  It was an easy “Yes” when they asked me to teach Lagree, having taught Pilates before,  I love the positive community a fitness studio can build.

Fun fact:  I’m a die hard Lionel Messi fan and made his Apple TV show.  (You will miss me if you blink)

Hi! I’m Jadyn! I was raised in Edmond, OK, and have a fitness background in HIIT and strength training. I’ve always been active, but really found a passion for fitness in high school, and stuck with it throughout the years!

Fun Facts: Outside of PIKE, I work as a Marketing Coordinator. I love all things health and wellness, hanging out with friends, being outdoors, and taking time to relax!

I believe fitness can help not only your physical health, but your mental health as well. It’s so important to move your body, and a blessing to be able to. I want to inspire others to lead healthier, happier lives!

Anyone is capable of doing lagree, the first step is showing up! 🩷

What’s up!! I’m Haley— a high-intensity trainer with a high-energy attitude, sure to make you sweat! I grew up in Norman, but ditched the red for orange and black after receiving a soccer scholarship from Oklahoma State (GO POKES)! While there, I earned honors as a Big 12 Champion, as the Big 12 Offensive Player of the Year, and as an All-American.

Since retiring from soccer, I’ve had 3 meniscus repairs on the same knee, making it difficult to run or workout without pain. When I heard that Lagree was low-impact, but still high intensity, I was SOLD! I’ve finally been able to accomplish pain-free exercise, while simultaneously seeing huge improvements in my mobility and strength. For that reason, I strongly believe Lagree can help you do the same.

When I’m not on a Mega, I’m running my family’s landscape business, spending time with my boyfriend Logan & our dog Reese, or jetting off to the mountains!

After becoming an instructor, I loved PIKE so much, I decided to take on the role of Social Media Coordinator. A win-win, enabling me to combine my degrees in Media & Marketing, with my love of fitness! My goal is to educate you on the Lagree Method and challenge you in every. single. class... So LET’S GO!

Kaycie is a wild card that will truly surprise you! She will draw you in with her radiant and calming presence, yet kick your booty with her workout sequences and chaotic playlists. She strives off  good music, especially a song with a strong beat. She might even grace you with her wild dance moves or cheesy jokes. Lovingly nicknamed “Queso” by her closest friends, she serves up both the cheese and the spice you need in your life. She firmly believes in the power of a supportive and inclusive community and strives to create that in her classes at PIKE Fitness Studio. Kaycie herself is currently rehabilitating her body back from a major full body accident and has a great understanding of the restorative benefits of a high intensity, low impact workout such as Lagree. Learning to honor her body and her mind, she knows when to push through in a work out and when to accept the capabilities of today. She loves to motivate each client during class to truly test both their mental and physical endurance and to leave class feeling like they are equipped to handle all that life throws their way!

I was born and raised in Israel and moved to Fort Worth, Texas, and then to OKC in 2019. So far, really liking it in OKC with the big town - small city vibes.
I’ve always been passionate about fitness and sports from a very young age. I played soccer through growing up, and picked up football and basketball on the way. I started going to gyms when I was 17 to keep my health and athleticism at a high standard.
There was a pivot in my workouts when I started taking kickboxing classes and became really enjoyed the group setting that is not necessarily competitive like sports. I became and instructor in 2018 for kickboxing and still teaching today.
Lagree was a great reality check for me. When I was taking classes and our training, muscles groups that I didn’t know existed were working out for the first time. In addition, the workout was not hard on my joints, my muscles were not as tight as weight lifting or running, and started seeing changes in my mobility very quickly.
I’m looking forward to have other members experience this workout and improve their health and physical abilities through Lagree. A little cheesy here, but it was a game changer for me.

My name is Katherine and I'm an OKC transplant by way of Tulsa. I've always loved working out and my favorite thing about teaching is seeing clients realize how much stronger they've become even after just a few classes.

Outside of Lagree, I love cooking, baking and spending time with my family, friends and my two cavalier King Charles spaniels.

Hi, I’m Charli! Born and raised in OKC but have done my fair share of van-life-traveling around the states. I love hiking, camping, and all the things. I have always had a passion for movement and wellness and fell in love when I found Pilates a few years back… and then deeper in LOVE when I found Lagree!!! I find it so important to move your body in a way that strengthens both body and mind, and also, just to enjoy your workout! I can’t wait to meet you all and help guide you on your journeys to feeling stronger, loving yourselves in your skin and loving LAGREE!!!

I have always been interested in healthy living, even when I was a child. I loved good nutritious food, a good steady workout routine, and a great community. When I began learning lagree from Devin and Pamela, it was definitely out of my comfort zone, but it was so worth it!! Hi, I'm Melody! I discovered Lagree Fitness in 2019 while living in Phoenix, Arizona and it quickly became my fitness obsession. What drew me in was the versatility and challenge of the workouts – even now, I'm always sore after each class, which speaks volumes about its effectiveness.
When I moved to Oklahoma City in October of 2023, I was thrilled to find Pike studio opening! Now, as part of the Pike community, I bring my passion and dedication to every class I teach. And I love being a part of people’s journey to empower themselves and prioritize their health and well-being. I strongly believe lagree isn't just about the physical workout; it's about cultivating mindfulness and self-care and I love keeping things fresh and exciting, while always prioritizing proper form and technique!

Daniel is our traveler that loves to grace us with his butt kicking workouts when he is in town! Daniel is a Sacramento native who loves being active, whether running, weightlifting, Lagree, paddle boarding, golfing, or practicing yoga. Fitness is not only his passion, but a way of life. He loves helping others achieve their goals. When he’s not working out, you can find him indulging in his favorite things i.e. coffee, ice cream, spending time with family, and traveling. You can count on him to help you set your intention before every class!
